I am preparing for the next EE. I am currently studying from the software Dental Deck Part II, that I heard is one of the best to do it. From where r u studying?

Hi: I'm also a foreign trained dentist , planning to take the EE. Could you please tell me where can I get The Dental Deck part II book? The study circle would be great!
