    • Rent Cap of 2% Announced for 2016The Ontario government has announced that the rent cap for 2016 will be 2%. The cap, also known as the rent increase guideline, is the maximum a landlord can increase the rent without obtaining permission from the Landlord and Tenant Board.

    • Union Pearson Express Train Now OpenThe Union Pearson Express (UP Express) is now open to the public. Using the UP Express, it takes 25 minutes to travel from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. Trains depart every 15 minutes.
