Stronger Sexual Violence and Harassment Laws Come into Effect

Starting September 8, 2016, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) will include protections against sexual assault. The Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) will also be changed to allow people experiencing abuse to leave their homes sooner.
