What if my driver's licence is lost or stolen?

You may want to report it to the police. You can apply for a replacement licence.

To replace a driver's licence, go to a ServiceOntario location. You must show an identity document to apply for a replacement. You can use the same identity documents that you use to apply for a new driver's licence.

You will have to pay a small replacement fee.

You will get a temporary licence to use. You will get the new, permanent driver's licence in the mail.
