Please contact before visiting in person.Under the national Client Support Services program (CSS), the government of Canada assists National Government Assisted Refugees (GARs) with resettlement by providing direct Case Management support. Wesley, located in Hamilton ON provides specialized settlement services to meet the complex needs of GARs in their first 12 to 18 months of resettlement in Canada. These services include: intensive case management, community capacity building, and standardized professional support and program advancement.
