    • New Rules for Claiming Unpaid WagesAs of February 20, 2015 the rules for claiming unpaid wages have changed under the Employment Standards Act (ESA). There is now no limit to the amount of wages you can claim, and the period of time for making a claim has been extended to 2 years.
