Newcomer Storytelling Project

Tuesday, June 10, 2014

The Passages to Canada program is a national storytelling project. As part of this project, over 900 immigrants, refugees and Canadian-born individuals have shared their experiences online and with community groups.

If you are a comfortable public speaker, are active in your community and are looking to inspire others, you may be interested in becoming a speaker for this project.

There is also an online story archive where people from different backgrounds share their memories.

You can apply to be a speaker or you can request a speaker for an event at no cost.

Passages to Canada is a project of the Historica-Dominion Institute.
