Call 3-1-1 for information about municipal programs and services, such as garbage collection, snow removal, and transit.

311 is free, multilingual and available during business hours.

311 is only available in:

• Greater Sudbury
• Halton Region (including Burlington, Milton, Oakville, Halton Hills)
• Peel Region (Mississauga and Brampton)  
• Ottawa
• Toronto
• Windsor

411

Call 4-1-1 for phone numbers and addresses for people and businesses.
