The Newcomer Centre of Peel (NCP), in partnership with Trillium Health Partners (THP) invites Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) to an information session.
Are you an internationally educated healthcare professional looking to learn more about licensure pathways and opportunities to practice in Ontario?
This session will provide valuable information about available supports and resources to help you move forward in your professional journey.
Trillium Health Partners’ Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHP) Structured Integration & Observership Program, a free five-week intensive program designed to support internationally educated allied health professionals, including:
- Medical Laboratory Technologists
- Medical Radiation Technologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Pharmacists
- Speech Language Pathologists
- And other internationally educated healthcare professionals
THP’s program includes:
- Structured learning opportunities
- Clinical observerships and job shadowing
- Personalized licensure navigation
- Mentorship and networking opportunities
- Up to 12 months of ongoing support through the clinical network
- Hybrid learning (virtual and in-person)
This session is ideal for internationally educated healthcare professionals who are:
- Exploring licensure and practice opportunities in Ontario
- Looking for guidance on professional pathways
- Interested in accessing free newcomer and employment supports
