Description

ptp Adult Learning and Employment Programs invites newcomers to the Online Customer Service for Newcomers.

Improve your customer service skills and become better at communicating with other staff and customers in this free program. You will also:

• Understand a cashier’s roles and responsibilities
• Learn about the Canadian retail industry, workplace law, and health and safety
• Plan for employment
• Earn a Certificate of Participation when you complete the program

Program runs Tuesdays and Fridays for eight weeks from 6 October 2026 to 27 November 2026.

Eligibility:

This program is open to newcomers, Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, Protected Persons, Live-in Caregivers, Palestinians from Gaza (MOM2023).
