We’ve improved your user experience by adding a chat feature that will further help you find public services near you.

Settlement.org partner, Findhelp Information Services, designed a chat feature to complement the “Find Services Near Me” section of our site. If you are having difficulty finding the right information for services in your area, you can now chat live with a trained 211 information and referral specialist.

By initiating a chat, you will be redirected to the 211 site where their professionally trained staff will help you in real time.
The 211 chat function will be province-wide so you’ll able to get assistance for services across all of Ontario and assistance will be offered in English and French.
