Drive Clean Test Fee Eliminated

Ontario has eliminated the $30 dollar fee for the Drive Clean test for most cars, vans and SUVs. Certain vehicles must pass the Drive Clean test before they can be licenced to drive in Ontario. The Ontario government has also eliminated testing requirements for most cars when they are re-sold.
