Enhanced COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate with QR Code

You can now download a new, enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code that businesses and organizations can scan using the Verify Ontario app. This enhanced vaccine certificate is an easier, more secure and convenient way to have your proof of vaccination verified.

You do not need to download an app to get your enhanced certificate. You only need the QR code from the provincial vaccine portal.

You can still continue to use your existing vaccine receipt even after vaccine enhanced certificates are available. Both formats are valid proof of vaccination.
