Under the new Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), average tuition will be free for students whose family income is less than $50,000. Mature students and adult learners are also eligible. In addition, students with children may be eligible to receive OSAP funding for child care costs. More grants and loans will also be available for students from higher-income families.
