IRCC Client Support Centre Services Not Taking Calls

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Client Support Centre services have issued a notice that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, agents are unable to answer calls. You can still access pre-recorded information about their programs and check the status of your application.

If you need to reach IRCC you can use their Web form. Phone services are expected to resume on April 2, 2020.
