Ontario Expands Virtual Mental Health Services

Tuesday, May 5, 2020

Starting today, virtual mental health services are expanding in Ontario. These services will support those experiencing anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 outbreak. These Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT) programs were developed in partnership with MindBeacon and Morneau Shepell and will be provided at no out-of-pocket costs to Ontarians across the province.

These services expand upon the programs offered through BounceBack, which is a free skill-building program that adults and youth 15+ can access over the phone.

At Ontario.ca/coronavirus, you can find information about the different virtual mental health and wellness options that meet your unique needs, including online therapy.
