Ontario is Offering Recovery Assistance for Emergency Expenses to Ottawa Region Residents

Ontario is offering extra emergency expense support if you were one of the individuals or businesses affected by the Ottawa tornado.

The province will cover expenses above what your home insurance covers if you qualify.

Affected individuals, small businesses and not-for-profit organizations that have experienced property damage or loss as a result of this disaster may be eligible to receive help with emergency and recovery expenses. The program applies to a primary residence and its basic contents, or to a small business, farm or not-for-profit organization.
