If you are a caregiver in the Caring for Children Program or the Caring for People with High Medical Needs Program, you will need to complete 2 years of full-time work experience by November 29, 2019 to be eligible to apply for permanent residence.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will not accept applications for permanent residence from caregivers after that date.
