Tuition Refunds Available to College Students

If you are a full-time international or domestic student who had unexpected expenses because of the 5-week strike you can get up to $500 back.
The refunds are to cover expenses like:
- Additional child care fees
- Rebooked train or bus tickets
- January rent
You can expect to apply to your college for financial assistance starting this week and this will not count against your Ontario Student Assistant Program (OSAP) assessment. If you withdrew from college due to the strike you will also receive full tuition refunds.
