What do I do after the interview?

Following-up after your interview is very important. For example, it is a good idea to send a thank-you letter after the interview.

It lets you continue to express your interest in the position and the organization. It is also a way to remind the employer about you and your skills.

Generally, the employer will tell you when they will be making a decision about whom to hire. If you don't hear from the employer by that date, you can send a follow-up letter that expresses your continued interest in the position. You can also make a follow-up phone call.
