Short-Term Housing

  • What kinds of short-term housing are available?

    There are many kinds of short-term housing available. This can be a good option if you are planning to land and then leave soon after you arrive, or if you plan to rent or buy a home but need some time to look around first.

  • What do I do if I arrive with no place to stay?

    You can arrange some short-term accommodation quickly. Do not think only about cost. Make sure that the place you stay is clean, safe, conveniently located and close to public transportation.

  • I am an international (foreign) student. Where can I live?

    If you are an international (foreign) student, contact the international students' office at the college or university you will be attending. This office might be able to help you arrange short- or long-term accommodation.
