This in-person culinary workshop teaches newcomers how to prepare healthy, affordable meals. Learn nutritious recipes, ingredient selection, and explore community resources through hands-on cooking.

Eligibility:

Permanent Resident, Protected Person, Convention Refugees with a Notice of Decision, or Live-in Caregivers with a valid work permit.
