Description:
The Cross-Cultural Community Services Association (TCCSA) invites you to the Theatre Workshop.
Re-Imagining Fables for 2026
From Cinderella and Poseidon to the Monkey King, we all grew up captivated by ancient fables and mythical journeys. These stories didn’t just entertain us—they shaped how we see the world. We are bringing the energy of these timeless characters into modern, daily life. Through theatre, we’ll explore how these mythic figures can help us navigate today's world, culminating in an exciting public performance on August 23. Come recreate the classics with us.
The Journey:
- The Experience: Four intensive 5-hour sessions where we write and act (20 hours total)
- The Flow: A full-day theatre rehearsal to truly dive into your creative flow
- The Stage: A 30-minute final performance where you get to own the stage and share your voice
